Who can be a Jwbnb host?
You must be one of Jehovah's Witnesses, baptized and active. It’s easy to become a JWguest host, and it’s free to create a listing. Homes, apartments, private rooms, boats, and caravans are just some of the properties hosts have shared on JWguest.
What is required of guests before booking?
Guests must be baptized active Jehovah's Witnesses. Anybody who uses Jwbnb will have to disclose some personal information before they can submit a booking. If you want more control, you have the option to ask your guest for recommendations and a verified ID.
How much does it cost to list my space?
Signing up on JWguest and listing your home is free of charge. Once you receive a reservation, JWguest contacts you to confirm. On top of the accommodation cost, we add a fee to the guests to cover the Service costs.
How can I choose the right listing price?
The price you charge for your listing is completely up to you. To help you decide, you can search for comparable listings in your area to get an idea of local market prices. You can also add a cleaning and a service fee in your pricing settings or a discount for long stays.

Cleaning fee: You can either incorporate a cleaning fee into your nightly price or add a cleaning fee in your pricing settings.
Other fees: To charge extra fees outside of your rates (like a late check-in or pet fee), you must first disclose these potential charges to guests before booking and then use our Resolution Center to request payment for additional fees securely.
