If your Host cancels your booking



Occasionally, a Host may need to cancel a reservation, even though it's rare. We comprehend that this could significantly disrupt your plans.

Refund in case of Host's cancellation

Should a host, unfortunately, cancel your reservation after you've made payment, a refund will be automatically processed to you. We are here to assist and can help you find and secure an alternative accommodation, ensuring it's either similar or even superior to your initial choice.

What you can do if your reservation gets canceled

If cancellation occurs, you will receive an email containing all the necessary details, including information about your refund. The refund processing time may vary based on your payment method.

We can also help you rebook a comparable or better listing if the cancellation happens within 30 days of check-in.
