Guest Payments and Deposits



We manage the Platform as an intermediary between the Host and the Guest.
 
Guest Payment
We follow the entire Payment process. This means that we will receive the full Payment through credit card from the Guest within the next 48 hours from the reservation.

The Payout of the total amount you requested is managed within 24 hours from the Check-in confirmation.
 
Deposit
The Host can also set a Security Deposit that our bank will guarantee until seven days from the check-in in case of a Dispute.

In case of a stay > 7 days, the Host have two options:

  1. Manage the deposit directly with the guest
  2. Ask us to charge the deposit to the Guest's credit card, and then we will refund it at the end of the stay. The transaction fees (7% of the amount) will be deducted from your payout.
